Great staff, excellent location, beautiful rooftop pool, HUGE breakfast included. First room was unsuitable but staff switched me immediately when I requested it. Second room was spacious and had a view. I enjoyed this hotel so much I added 3 extra nights.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast served in the breakfast room from 6:00 am to 10:00 am so quite accommodating for either those needing an early start or those wanting to catch up on sleep. Room was adequate for 2 adults to move around in comfortably. Location made for easy walking to local restaurants and bars. Travel agency in main lobby arranged a guide for us who we used for 3 days - Argentinian side of the falls, bird park and Brazilian side of the falls, and early morning ride back to the airport. He spoke only a little English and we no Portuguese and very little Spanish, but we managed just fine using Google Translate on our phones

The room had everything we needed and plenty of space. We loved the rooftop pool and bar, though we didn’t get to use it as much as we had liked, since we were touring the falls all day, both days we were there. I also likes how eco-conscious this hotel was, with motion-sensing lights in the hallways to the rooms and public bathroom. They also had a water filter machine to fill water bottles before heading out for a day of exploring the area. They staff was amazing and very helpful with answering all our questions and helping us to book tours and transportation. most of them also spoke English. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with lots of offerings.

Very good hotel with a guy who speak English at the reception. The property was good and the food to. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the top. The guy help us to find a taxi, he was very kind. Very very close to the bus station to go to iguazu

Very friendly front desk staff. I had a clean room and good shower. My booking came with good breakfast included. Location is good in the centre of the city. A bus terminal is just within 5-min's walk where you can take bus no. 120 to Iguazu Falls and back. A huge supermarket (Super Muffato) is within 10-min's walk.

Staf at front desk soeak English, which is rare in Brazil. Extremely attentive to customer's concerns, always polite and very helpful. Breakfast was varied and good enough. Maybe too many sweets, but that's a personal choice.

The location is very convenient close to the bus station, so you can easily go to the falls on both sides (Brazil & Argentina) for a cheap prize. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. You can have restaurant room service for a reasonable prize. It has a small pool on the rooftop with views of the city. The personnel at reception is very helpful. The breakfast is good.

Clean and modern hotel. The staff spoke good English. The best thing is the tour agency located in the main lobby. Sarah not only arranged tours but helped us by WhatsApp days after we'd left. Outstanding service.

Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and great coffee! Room was comfortable and the bed huge. Nice hot shower!
